My on-demand library is a legacy project and will keep getting larger week by week. The library has something for everyone - instructor trainers, fitness junkies, seniors and beginners - with workshops and fascia classes as well. View these at your own time. You can rent, buy or subscribe for monthly all access! Classes include recordings of livestream classes, as well as classes curated and created with specific topics!
