Sessions We Offer
Intelligent Exercise is a fully equipped Pilates and personal training studio. Sessions are performed either on the mat using small props, or the equipment, or a combination of both. We offer customized sessions to suit your lifestyle. Private, Duet or Small Group sessions allow you to work at your pace, on your schedule. Intelligent Exercise studio is by appointment only allowing our clients to obtain the best service available.
Call 734-994-9970 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your initial appointment. The initial appointment is required for all clients (except Barre only) to enable our trainers to understand your goals and levels of strength and flexibility. This empowers both the client and the trainer to work together to customize sessions or classes to experience the physical and obtain the results as soon as possible. The initial session fee is waived if you purchase a 4 session package the same day.
Experience 55 minutes solely dedicated to you. During this session, we'll discuss your fitness goals and personal needs. while you experience the "feel" of the studio. You will learn the fundamental ideas and movements relating to core stability and mobility. You'll feel the beginning of transformation after only one session. A postural analysis is completed for thorough understanding of your strength, flexibility and movement patterns to allow your trainer to customize a program specifically for you. This session is required for continuation in privates, duets, or group classes.
In a workout designed specifically for you, your needs and fitness goals, you'll continue making progress. You'll feel taller, lighter, and stronger while enjoying the experience of Pilates or Personal Training in a one-on-one 50-55 minute session. Private rates start as low as $50.00. Absorb all the benefits of a private session with the companionship and motivation of a friend working with you. A 50-55 minute duet session is the perfect way to become strong and lean while spending time with a friend or partner.
Feel the motivation of working in a small group on the mat, in a high energy Barre class, Core (re) Evolution, Pilates Mat or Fascia training. Small props are sometimes utilized to add challenge to the exercises. See our schedule of group mat and Barre classes or arrange a time with friends. Several weekly sessions are scheduled to allow you exercise at the proper fitness level at a time convenient to you. The maximum is 5 to 10 people to obtain the most benefit from your classes.
Experience the ultimate in a small group training! Take your group classes to the next level utilizing the resistance training (or assistance) provided by the springs on the Pilates Reformer or Chair. This 50-55 minute class will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and full of life. Class size is limited to 5 people to get the maximum benefit of personal corrections while enjoying the energy of friends and fellow clients.
