Shoulders are one of the most complex areas of the body to understand and train. Exercises for shoulder health will be covered including stability, strengthening and mobility movements.
This 3 hour course reviews shoulder anatomy: joints, muscles and movements, and provides a strategy to train with all levels of clients for shoulder health. The shoulders are one of the first areas we seem to decrease in range. When we learn effective techniques for maintaining shoulder range with strength, we can help our clients remain active! This class is appropriate for everyone!
