Pre-Natal Pilates

So you're having a baby!!  Learn breathing, core, and pelvic floor work to keep your body strong during this incredible time. Posture is a priority as well as safe positions to exercise as you progress through each trimester.  This class will be a mix of mat work and reformer.  No prior Pilates experience is necessary.  Class is every Thursday at 5pm until August 31.  Sign up with our online scheduler.
