8am-8:30am - Warm Up for your Golf Game with our own Kelly Reynolds, Titleist Performance Institute Certified Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor. This 1/2 hour warm up will give you tips and movements to get you prepared for your best game.
9am - Barre with Pat Lay. Try our joint and back safe version of this popular workout. Standing Pilates to music!
10am - Three Free 15 minute Reformer demos with John Martin. Want to try the equipment? You'll only need 15 minutes to feel how the reformer strengthens and lengthens your entire body. These demos will give you a taste of using spring tension to up your workout and release.
11am - Pilates Mat 101 with Melissa Francis. What makes Mat work so challenging but so amazing? Try this mat class to feel the benefits of deep core work and flow of a mat class.
12pm - Fascia Release with a Tennis Ball with Melissa Francis. Use a tennis ball to get muscle tension relief all over you body. Easy tips to use this information at home and receive the benefits of fascia release on your own.
